Fernando Lit
Fernando Lit is an Early Stage Researcher for the C-PlaNeT (Circular Plastics Network for Training: www.c-planet.eu) Project. His work examines the business side of the circular economy for plastics and is being conducted through a collaboration between Eindhoven University of Technology, Ghent University, and Dow Benelux B.V. The focus of his PhD is circular business model design for both start-ups and large incumbents in the plastics sector. Furthermore, he explores the role of policy in shaping the space in which these business models operate.
Fernando obtained his BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Philippines and worked for almost four years in a multinational engineering company. He was then awarded an Erasmus+ scholarship for the International Master in Industrial Management (IMIM) programme, receiving a triple degree from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Polytechnic University of Milan, and Heriot-Watt University.
